any one customer. That's why we look to a matrix of manufacturers and suppliers
to find your specific solution.
Our offers are based on a 'best-fit' protocol. We look for products that complement
your resources and expectations. We'll consult with you at length to ensure your
solution is standardised and optimal.
Where do we source our products? Our preference is for Australian made products,
however, if we cannot source a local product then we look to Europe, as the hub
of quality and technology.
We guarantee that we will provide, at competitive rates, maintenance and service
for any product we have sold. If warranty is required then we will not 'bounce'
you to the OEM. Warranty is handled directly through our office and workshop in
Brisbane.
Finally, our approach is collaborative and never 'over-the-wall'. We continue to
retain an interest in your application, well after the transaction has been completed.
